Really enjoyed playing at Manchester Jazz Festival with my contemporary jazz quintet ENTROPI at The Central Library this week. Lovely crowd and great room to play in. We also got a chance to hang out and enjoy some (brief) sunshine!
Two really fun gigs with The Soul Immigrants these past couple of days. Signed to P-Vine Records Japan, I’ve been a member of this band since 2006! Cool tunes, shed loads of funk and lots of room to improvise, it’s really a joy to perform with this bunch of great musicians! We played at The Blues Kitchen, a cool venue in Camden last night (midnight set!) warming up for a very special set supporting Fred Wesley and the New JBs tonight at Under The Bridge. Great vibes all round!
