Inner Space is a chordless quartet led by trumpeter and composer Loz Speyer with fellow band members: Olie Brice (double bass), Gary Wilcox (drums), Xhosa Cole (tenor sax) and Loz (trumpet). It’s a really interesting ensemble, playing all Loz’s original compositions with plenty of space for improvisation. In 2022 we played gigs at Nottingham Jazz Steps, Derby Jazz, Southend Jazz Club, Finch Cafe and the Vortex.
