Merijn and I are excited about releasing our debut album ‘Interference Patterns’ on the brand new Luminous label on Monday 7th December. We’ll be launching the album at The Vortex on Sunday 6th December in a ‘LUME Presents…’ double bill with the amazing Chris Sharkey doing a ‘Survival Skills’ solo set.
Deemer started out as a weekly electronics and improv session in Hackney Wick in 2006. As the years have gone by our equipment has changed and evolved but the fundamentals remain the same: this is an ongoing conversation using elements of sound art, acoustic instruments, electronics and improvisation.
