LUME was a musician-led platform for new and exploratory music, co-founded by Dee Byrne and Cath Roberts in 2013. Initially a weekly concert series showcasing artists from the UK and beyond, LUME expanded to include monthly residencies, national tours, festivals, and international collaborations—most notably the formation of UK/Swiss ensemble MoonMot. Past activities have included performances in both traditional venues and unconventional spaces across London.
LUME also curates releases from its associated projects through its artist-run imprint, Luminous Label, supporting boundary-pushing and exploratory music beyond the live setting.
